Runway Imports

Ron and his staff at Runway Imports, Inc. are the real deal! I'd give them 10 stars if I could. They're the best car repair service in Pensacola and the surrounding area. They're honest, reliable, and dependable. I had a terrible experience at another auto air repair shop in Pensacola where I spent $1,400 and my AC still wasn't working. But when I called Ron, he told me to bring it in for a diagnostic test. He was able to get the right part and now my AC is cooling perfectly. Sure, you might have to wait a bit to get in, but trust me, it's worth it. I learned my lesson and will wait for Runway Imports to get me in next time. They're the best!

I went to Runway Imports Inc on July 10th to fix my car's AC compressor system. They told me it would cost around $1,400. I called every week to talk to the owner, Mr., but no one returned my calls. I went to the shop every 2 weeks to get any new information about my car, but still no one talked to me. On August 22th, I went to the shop to take my car back because nobody gave me an update. Mr. told me it would take 10 more days to finish the project and added $490 because they had to replace an exhaust valve. I agreed to this estimate because I was desperate to have my car back after waiting for 2 months. On September 7th, I received a call from Runway Imports Inc. telling me that my car was ready to be picked up. I went there and paid $1,890.81 for the entire bill. After I paid and got my keys back, they said to me "The transmission is not working good so we're not responsible for that". The transmission is not working at all, and the owner does not want to return my money back to me. They don't want to respond to me about the issue that they caused to my car. On September 8th, I tried to request my money back until we could come to an agreement, but they didn't want to cooperate with me and simply said "It's not going to happen, and we don't have to respond for the transmission". I tried to establish an agreement on September 7th with the owner after I saw this issue, but he was a rude and disrespectful person. I just want my car fixed, and, that Runway Imports Inc take responsibility for any other mechanical issues that they caused.
