Yo, so let me tell you about Rumours. I ordered some stuff from their site, and let me just say, the wait for my package was longer than I expected. But, they sent me an email apologizing and even gave me free shipping, so that was pretty cool. I'm looking forward to getting my items with the store credit they gave me and hoping they're of better quality than what I received before. I'll let you know how it goes, but for now, I appreciate the customer service.

I've also noticed that the shop has a variety of stylish and unique pieces that aren't too pricey. It's refreshing to find a store like this that offers a mix of trendy and timeless clothes that are affordable. Shipping was also super fast and the customer service was friendly and helpful.

One thing that I did notice was that the website can be a bit difficult to navigate. I had to spend some time clicking around to find the size chart and other important information. Some of the product descriptions could also be more detailed, as I wasn't sure what some of the clothes were made from.

So, I was looking for some new clothing online and stumbled upon Rumours. I decided to buy the pretty woman silk set for ?90. I was expecting it to be great quality given the price, but I was disappointed to find out that the material was quite thin and see-through. It definitely was not the heavy satin I was expecting.

I decided to return the set for a refund. However, when I received the refund, it was in the form of store credit, which wasn't what I was expecting. Unfortunately, I had sent the set back a little late and it fell outside the 14-day refund policy, so keep that in mind if you're thinking of returning anything. I found that a bit hypocritical since the item took over 14 days to arrive, but hey, what can you do?

Moreover, returning the item wasn't cheap - it cost me ?25 to ship it back. But then, when I tried to find something else to use my store credit on, I realized that the shipping cost had been hiked to ?91! That's pretty steep in my humble opinion.

However, the story doesn't end there. I received an email from Rumours, which they apologized and offered me free shipping on my next purchase. I decided to give them one more chance and used my store credit to buy two new items. Fingers crossed that these ones will be better than the silk set. I guess we'll just have to see.

All in all, I was pleased with the customer service provided by Rumours. They were prompt and helpful in their response and resolved the issue well. So, I would give them an A for their customer service. However, I do hope they improve the quality of their products and reconsider their return policy and high shipping fees.
