So, I recently got myself a brand new bike from bpmimports.com, and boy, oh boy do I love it! It arrived just this month and I must say, it was well worth the wait. The best part of my purchase was the dual battery feature, which is really coming in handy during my daily commute, especially when I face the hills. I must say, it's really making my life a whole lot easier.

Initially, I wasn't too sure about the color of the bike, but after a while it has really grown on me. It's unique, and really makes a statement. Now when I step out on my bike, I turn heads and get compliments left, right, and center.

Overall, I'd give this bike a solid 4 out of 5 stars. It's definitely a great value for the price. The only thing that could have been improved is the instructions that come along with it. They were a bit hard to understand, but honestly, that didn't stop me from putting it together myself. I guess I'm just a natural at it!

I recently tried bpmimports.com and it was a total waste of time. The website is full of weird old guys and the messages I received seemed fake. I even went on a date with a guy named Brian and all he wanted was sex. I had to back him off me because he was so creepy. The website seems dirty and low-class, so I definitely don't recommend it. I also heard there are a lot of scammers on there so watch out!

The only issue was the derailleur was a bit out of alignment, but nothing a quick adjustment couldn't fix. Overall, I'm really happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend BPM to anyone looking for an affordable and powerful electric bike.

Man, let me tell you about BPM Imports. I bought my son a bike from them and it came all messed up. We had to pay out of pocket to get it fixed. And then my husband ordered another battery for his bike and they won't even honor the warranty. It's still good and they won't do anything about it. These guys are the worst, they don't even call you back unless you're trying to buy something. I think all those good reviews are from people who just got their bikes and haven't had any problems yet. But I'm retired, so I've got plenty of time to call these crooks out on their BS. It's such a shame, cause the bikes themselves seem pretty good, but the service is just awful.

Yo, so I ordered a sweet bike from BPM and had it shipped to me. But when I unboxed it, the battery and mount fell off cause the threads on the bike frame were stripped - can you believe it? I called up BPM for help and they gave me some tips on how to fix it myself, but come on man, I dropped over $2k on this thing, I don't wanna do the repairs myself. I asked for a replacement or refund, but they're not even responding to me! Not cool. It's not like it's just a screw that's busted, it's the actual frame threads that are messed up. So, I've got to say, buying from bpmimports.com was a big mistake. My wife was really excited when she found the T-950 fat tire electric trike on their website, so we placed an order right away. Unfortunately, things went downhill from there.

First off, when we tried calling the company to ask a few questions about the trike, we just got sent straight to voicemail. We left a message, but no one ever got back to us. It was pretty frustrating, but we ended up deciding to just place the order online and hope for the best.

Well, the worst is exactly what we got. The trike arrived a lot later than we expected, and when we opened the box, it was clear that something was seriously wrong. There were missing parts, and the whole thing was just completely broken. We couldn't believe it - we were so disappointed.

We called bpmimports.com right away, but once again, nobody answered the phone. We tried emailing them and even sending a message through their website, but still no response. It's like they just completely disappeared!

Honestly, at this point, I feel like we're stuck. We've got this useless, broken trike and nobody to turn to for help. It's a terrible feeling. I know we're not the only ones who have had a bad experience with bpmimports.com, and honestly, I'm starting to think we should take legal action. I recently purchased two bikes from BPM and was excited to take them down south with my wife for the winter. Unfortunately, the weather wasn't on our side and it rained a lot while we were in the Myrtle Beach area. However, we were able to test our bikes out within the campground and quickly noticed that both bikes had back wheels that were not running true. The bikes could easily be felt and seen wobbling up and down which made it difficult to ride.

Once we returned from our winter getaway, I reached out to BPM to inform them of the issue. They suggested that I take the bikes to a shop to get them fixed and that they would reimburse me for the repairs. However, the shop later informed me that there was nothing he could do to fix the back wheels and that they were too far out to bring back in. He suggested that I look into having two new wheels sent.

I tried to contact BPM several times with no luck. After emailing them multiple times, they finally got back to me via email. Unfortunately, they informed me that the warranty doesn't cover labor and that they couldn't help me in this situation. I emailed them back, stating that I needed to talk to them about an issue that wasn't related to labor, and that I needed new rear wheels.

I also explained that if they couldn't provide me with new back wheels, I wanted a refund of some of my money as the bikes weren't in the condition that I expected them to be in. But to this day, I have not heard back from BPM. It's frustrating because they already have my $3400 and after the poor experience I've had, I would not recommend them to anyone looking to purchase bikes.

Customer service from BPM was sick. I'd been googling for weeks to find the perfect bike, but couldn't find much on the brand new B-52 model, only on BPM's website. I may have ordered the first one, coz like, who doesn't wanna be the first, amiright? I shot over loads of queries to customer support and got replies back mad quickly. And when I say quick, I mean like speeding bullet quick, coz my bike arrived just 3 days after placing the order. And when BPM says they've got a bike in stock, they ain't kidding, coz it's ready to ship 24 hours after the order goes in.

I've put around 10 miles on the bike and so far, it's well swish. I haven't taken it into the woods yet, as this is for my hunting trips. But I can't see myself being disappointed with it. I was looking for an ebike that could be used for my hunting trips, and honestly, this bike punches up against the big dogs like Rambo and Quitkat, and I'm told it's basically the same as the Bakcou Mule, but at half the usual price of those bad boys.

The Bafang Ultra motor is so overbuilt it's like a diesel engine. You can program the display for a 750 or 1000W output, for when you need some dis mad jolt. And, best of all, if you're after an off-road bike or need to chomp some stodgy terrain, then this bike's torque and power will get you there. And you won't break the bank either, coz it's thousands of dollars cheaper than those big names. If you're after a proper brill bike, you should get the B-52 and thank me later, coz you won't be dissed.
