I purchased SKU [protected],[protected],[protected]

Sofa, cuddled, armless sofa DEC 2020.

Purchased the protection plan as well.

One of the seat cushion has torn apart at the seam and the sofa springs keep creaking every time you seat and stand.

I called the warranty company they came to assess and determined that because the ripe of the cushion was at the seam it wasn’t covered.

And they can’t or won’t do anything about the springs (Because they are not broken) yet still making noise.

This makes no sense to me, obliviously the cushion was stitched in properly and that’s why it ripped.

And something should be able to get done for spring noise.

It’s only been a year and half.

Hope to hear from someone in reference to my issue.
