I went to Ivan Smith furniture and bought a loveseat it took three weeks to arrive as soon as it got here I noticed damage the foam in the arm was out of whack and I pointed that out in the the delivery guy said he will make note of it and took pictures I called the store and they had received the picture and told me they can free stuff the arm set appointment for 3 weeks and later when the boy got here he seen the arm OMG the boy said that looks bad and he took pictures I asked if he was going to restuff it he said he had no foam OMG I said the man told me you was coming here to fix it he said there is no zipper therefore I cannot do it I said I asked the man when he set the appointment he said yes it can be done right there in your home he said no it cannot they offered me something else but I would have to pay more eventually they offered me something a little more expensive with no extra cost but it would be too big for my apartment so I asked them just to give me the exact one I bought and ask them what are the chances it will be damaged he said you buy low end you have to expect a little of that I do not agree with that they sent me another one and it also has damaged on the arm and I noticed a hole and the man that delivered it said that's no big deal I said to you it may not be a big deal but to me it is a big deal he said I will turn it into the service department and they will call you tomorrow and that was four days ago

Bought a mattress set from Ivan that was defected They replaced it with a cheaper set with no refund for the differance in price.After buying new mattress pad, sheets and so on for the new mattress, then they replaced the mattress with a much thinner one.No one seemed to care about all the trouble and expense this was.I will never buy again from this store. They should not have had this mattress on the floor to sale in the first place.The delevery guy said they had picked up a lot of this same mattress, so what do you think.
