this company is a scam. i belived them for 2 years and sent money. then one time the athletic director of the local high school called and said that they would never use a third party to get donations, someone from the school would call. so dont belive their excuses. dont order anything.

Royal Publishing contacted us in October about promoting/sponsoring the *** Boys & Girls Cross Country State final. The person who answered the phone was an hourly employee and couldn't approve advertising. They told the telemarketer to send the info to the owner. We never approved anything, but we got a $150 bill for the ad. They called us 15 times and threatened to send the bill to collections. We asked for proof, and they sent an inaccurate business card. The ad had the right info, but it was in the wrong place. Now they're sending bills to accounts payable instead of the business and the employee's name. I'm in accounts payable, so I know it's a scam. This needs to be fixed now.

Royal Publishing is a total rip-off! They charged me for a bunch of ads that I never even agreed to or asked for. I ended up paying them in February 2022 just to get them off my back, but now they're calling me again saying I owe them even more money. This is so not cool and totally against the law! I mean, come on, this is Illinois, and we have laws against this kind of shady business practice. And it's not just me - apparently, this has been going on with Royal Publishing for years! I'm done with them and their fraudulent invoices. No way am I paying them any more money.

I got a call from Royal Publishing on June 11. They wanted me to put an ad in the *** High School Ad newspaper. I said yes and asked for an ad placement package. They said they'd send one soon. But instead, I got a bill for $175.00. I never got the ad package and didn't place an ad. I talked to some people in the office ( *** at ***) and they said it was taken care of and I wouldn't get any more bills. But I keep getting bills and calls. Now I got a DEMAND NOTICE ( Number *** from *** Management ). They're bothering me and I never put in an ad. They got my info from the internet because I didn't give them anything.

My office said yes to an ad in a Ohio High school section sporting tournament program 2 or 3 times in Fall 2019 and winter 2020. But now they're billing us for 5 different programs. They use vague terms like "an ad in the program for boys (or girls) tournament for the SW region" when there are actually 2 different programs for each one. They call back to confirm an ad, but then talk about another ad without making it clear. The original bills were $110, even though the boys games were at the same time period. The same thing happened with the girls tournament. Why not bill $220 for the boys and $220 for the girls instead of $110 each? I didn't get that many bills until June when they called and said I didn't pay one of them. Then they called back and said there was another bill I didn't pay.

This biz scammed me outta cash. Royal Publishing called me on Feb 18th, 2019 to advertise for a b-ball event, but I said no thanks. Then, 2 months later, I got a $100 bill for an ad I didn't okay. I thought I mighta said yes, so I paid up. But on Feb 8th, 2020, they called again and I said NO WAY. Still, 4 months later, I got a $70 bill. I told them I wouldn't pay and that I remembered saying no. The person didn't seem surprised and said they'd review it. This is a shady and probly illegal scam. They cold call and wait 4 months, hoping people will pay up. Royal Publishing tricks folks into paying for stuff they didn't want.

I had a bad hunting day in November when *** called me about advertising in the Susquehannock Winter Sports program. I said I would think about it and she emailed me the details. I decided to pass on it but later changed my mind and sent her the information for the ad. I never heard back from her and then in June , she called me demanding payment for the ad. She said it was in collections since August , but I never heard from her until December . She lied about getting my information from the Hanover Chamber of Commerce and I never saw the ad or approved it. She wanted me to give her my credit card number over the phone, but I refused. She has repeatedly lied to me and misrepresented herself as part of the Susquehannock Athletic Department. I refuse to pay for something I never approved or saw.
