On 9/16/19 I was rudely talked to by the Security Guard. She was very rude. I was emptying the cart as I was exiting and she did not give me a chance to return the cart instead she rudely told me to put the cart away. She was loud so everybody could hear. Her mannerism was not professional and extemely rude. At that time one of the cashiers made a loud comment "That's why you're my favorite." This whole incident was embarrassing and unprofessional. They need training in dealing with people. They showed no professionalism at all. A simple "Please return the cart" and "Thank You" is all it takes. She was loud and so unprofessional that I left there so embarrassed. I go there alot and never have I been treated like this. Once in the car my daughter called and talked to the Manager. The Manager said she would talk to them and she apologized for the incident. I'm sure I was not the only one she has talked to like this but I am formerly placing a complaint.
