Rosebank College review: Certificate reprint

A request was logged on the 29th of April 2026 for my diploma to be reprinted. Payment was made and the required documents attached but to date, I am yet to hear anything from Rosebank College. This after I was informed that the certificate would be available a week from when payment was made. I am in URGENT need of this document. I am unable to proceed further a job application at the moment because of the missing document. All that was requested from me was done and attached. Payment was made timeously as well.
I have been making numerous calls to follow up on the request. Their lack of communication does not make anything easier either. I am humbly pleading that someone intervene in my request as it is almost a month since I logged the request.
