Kris at RoofTec Roofing provided a very professional team headed by Rolando to install my new roof on my 1900 sq. ft. home. They worked from early in the morning and were completely cleaned up and out by noon the next day. They even replaced my damaged soffits at the last minute—which makes the whole roof look so new and fresh. I would highly recommend Kris, Rolando, and RoofTec Roofing—-as they were highly recommended to me. I am so happy with my new roof!

Kris and his team helped navigate through the insurance companies. The initial claim was denied in spite of obvious damage. Kris met the adjuster to make sure they approved the claim. His team worked quickly and did a good job - I have put on roofs before, so I knew that they did a they did the roof properly, and they cleaned up as they went. My roof was large and steep, in spite of this, the roof was done in 3 days. Kris was patient even though it took the insurance company over 3 months to get the final check.

I have dealt with many businesses in my 73 years. When I needed a roof replacement, I called my pastor, and he had the most glowing review of the work and expertise of Roof Tech. So, I called them, and they came out very quickly, did an inspection of the roof, dealt with my insurance adjuster and the whole nine yards. Kris and his crew were professional from the start. I called rooftech to take a look at our roof for hail damage. Kris came out that day, did a thorough inspection then showed me all of the photos taken which confirmed the hail damage. He laid out what steps were going to be taken from the beginning of the process to the end. He was in constant communication with me every step of the way. His crew stripped the entire roof and replaced it in under two days which was incredible. The guys were great, and the roof looks great. They made sure everything was as clean as it was before the job... maybe even cleaner! I couldn't recommend these guys enough. I appreciate it guys! Thank you!

They did a great job replacing our roof. We got on their schedule quickly. The crew worked hard, quickly and diligently. They worked a long day to get the old roof off and new shingles installed in one day. Kris was great to work with and walked me through the entire process. He was experienced with numerous jobs that involved hail claims with my insurance company and provided the needed documentation and photos needed by the insurance adjuster. He was always available and responsive throughout the process. As a home owner, I thankfully have not had to have my roof replaced but Kris was the pro and made it as easy as possible. Roof Tech came highly recommended. Still, we had several companies look at our roof before choosing. None of the other companies inspections were as thorough or complete as Roof Tech. One of the companies we spoke to said they could not replace our gutter guards, but Roof Tech did it all! Kris handled all of the details from start to finish and stayed in close communications with us and our insurance company. He provided the photos and required documentation to get the job done. RoofTech replaced our storm damaged roof and gutter system. Talk about professional, responsive, and courteous! Kris responded to my initial contact in a very timely manner. After his first visit to the house, he explained the damage, worked with the insurance adjuster, and scheduled the repair and replacement to avoid any further interior damage. The roof was replaced, and the crew was thorough in its clean-up. Kris's painter contacted us as soon as he was alerted by Kris to take measurements for interior painting. He came within 48 hours; we schedule the work tomorrow. Throughout the entire process, we were able to reach Kris easily by phone and text with any questions, and he was oh, so patient in responding! A hail storm hit NWA back in May damaging the roofs of many homes in Bella Vista. I want to give a big shout out to Kris, owner of Roof Tech Roofing, for the great job done by him and his crew. Kris provided us with a free inspection to see if we had any hail damage and he was on site with the claims adjuster to review and discuss the damage. He prepared an estimate which he submitted to our insurance company then followed up until the claim was approved. His crew was excellent to work with when putting on the new roof. They were highly skilled in their trade, very professional and extremely courteous. When the job was complete, our property was thoroughly cleaned leaving no trace of them being here, except for the new roof. In my job I drive around Northwest Arkansas and I have noticed Roof Tech signs in front of houses with newly completed roof repairs. I contacted Kris about replacing my roof. Had to get a new roof after an inspection revealed multiple issues. Kris at Roof Tech was very responsive to my concerns, He gave my roof a temp fix until they were able to replace the whole roof. He worked with me and the insurance company. He's very professional, always returning calls or texts, explaining the whole process and worked great as my contractor with my insurance company. Once started the roof was completed in 2 days without any disruption to our daily activities. His team was very polite, and professional; they kept the job site clean and neat. I now have a beautiful new roof built to city and state codes, they cleaned out any debris in the gutters, reinstalled or replaced any leaf screens as needed, repaired the major leak which was causing me issues, took pictures and showed me the issues and repairs, and left the job site nice and clean. I was very impressed with Kris and his Roof Tech team. Yes I highly recommend them.

Roof Tech is phenomenal in every aspect. Kris' inspection uncovered items my insurance rep had missed, and took care of getting them added to the estimate. He proved himself to be unfailingly professional, kind, and patient, definitely trustworthy and reliable. The day my new roof was installed, Rolando and his crew showed up right on time, and worked incredibly hard. They were deeply respectful of my property. Amazingly, they finished that same day, and before they left, invited me to inspect the roof and the surrounding yard. Everything was spotless; I couldn't have found anything to complain about, even if I had tried. My neighbors watched the whole process and were so impressed that they've hired Kris to replace their roof. I've had bad and mediocre experiences with contractors before, so I'm very wary. We hired Kris from Roof Tech Roofing and Construction LLC to replace three roofs on our property that had been damaged by a hail storm.
