I had Pacific Roofing do my fathers home. I worked with a Project Manager named Ben. He kept me and my father informed through the whole process. They did a wonderful job, we are very happy. Also they had found some metal trim around the garage the had some hail damaged that was not covered by insurance. They went above and beyond and fixed this at no charge. I highly recommend this company.

Being a new homeowner, this was my first time having to get a roof replaced. I was referred to Pacific Roofing and will never use anyone else. Ryan is a joy to work with, he made everything as easy as possible and the whole process was seamless. Having my old roof removed and new roof installed in less than a day was icing on the cake. Will also use them when I replace my siding. Thanks guys!

Pacific Roofing did an excellent job with replacing my roof. They were done in 1 day as promised and were very thorough with clean up around the yard. The team that completed the roof were communicative and nice to work with. Ryan was very attentive and took care of all of the details with the insurance company and made the entire process super smooth. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

Very grateful to Pacific Roofing not only for the excellent job they did in replacing my 15 year old roof, but for helping me negotiate with my insurance company after they originally denied my claim. Ryan and his team were in and out in one day, and they left an immaculate worksite. Ryan was back the next day to make sure that everything was done perfectly. All in all a very professional job that left me more than satisfied.

Robb and his team were great to work with. Pacific Roofing communicated with us extremely well throughout the entire process, and even helped with submitting documents to our insurance company on our behalf. All work was completed on time, all materials were cleaned up, and the new roof looks great. Pacific Roofing is the best roofer in town. Ryan explains the process and works with your insurance company. He is professional, very helpful and will answer all your questions. The crew members are polite, arrives on time and will finish the job with excellence. The clean up was spectacular. You would not think a construction just happened. We will definitely use Pacific Roofing for future exterior home restoration projects. Highly recommended!

I would highly recommend Pacific Roofing! My insurance company only wanted to pay for half of my roof so Pacific Roofing came back and took more pictures and explained in detail why the whole roof needed to be replaced an resent to my insurance. It would not have happened without the extra effort on their part. Their crew was great! They came and went without any problems and cleaned up as if they hadn't been there. Pacific Roofing did an excellent job replacing our roof, gutters, and siding after a hail storm in April. Working with Jason at Pacific Roofing was very professional and efficient. Communication was great and they started and finished the job on time as promised. The whole crew at Pacific Roofing take pride in their work and it shows. Robb helped us at Pacific Roofing and from the start was awesome. He made everything clear and outlined steps and even helped us with insurance which made it way easier for us. He gave us samples and picture for the shingles and completed the work in a perfect timely manner. His crew cleaned up very well, too! We also had Christmas lights holders that had to be taken down that left the roofline ugly and he fixed that as well! I was so happy with how everything turned out! I am so pleased with how thorough and helpful Pacific Roofing was. They walked me through the entire process, including the insurance quotes, and were extremely easy to do business with. They were more than happy to discuss the process via text, which was helpful with my busy schedule. The roof was done very quickly, within a day. The removal and clean-up process was very detailed and meticulous. I couldn't be more impressed with the final outcome. I never knew how much a new roof could improve the curb-appeal of my home. I would recommend this business to anyone. We had our roof replaced as well as the vinyl siding that had been damaged by hail and wind. The gutters were replaced as well. They exceeded our expectations. They truly were amazing in every aspect. They did a great job showing up on time and getting the job completed promptly. Very professional, courteous crew and they did an awesome job cleaning up. Our house looks like it was just built! If we have a need for roof or siding work in the future, we will certainly contact Pacific Roofing!

My wife and I are very pleased with our new roof, and with the work done by Pacific Roofing. Our slight concerns as we considered whether to proceed were addressed professionally by James and Robert, and we were treated fairly. The crew that installed our roof showed up on time, and has clearly worked together for years. They got busy and they know their craft. The leader of the work crew, Isaac, went above the call of duty to help fix additional issues and prevent future problems. He smiled as he invited me up on the roof to inspect what he was talking about, but of course I declined! We also appreciated that the owners were present much of the time to oversee any potential hiccups. You will do well to trust this important job to Pacific.

From beginning to end, Pacific Roofing's effort to replace my storm-damaged roof was both attentive and professional. Pacific assessed the degree of hail damage, helped work through a dispute with the insurance carrier, and submitted a complete and comprehensive installation contract prior to performing the required work. Pacific commenced the work as scheduled: the crew arrived on time, efficiently completed the removal and installation of the new roof in one day (including the replacement of damaged decking), all without incident. Importantly, the crew protected surrounding plants and landscaping from damage during the process and did an outstanding clean- up of all debris &c. The end product looks great. I was, and still remain, completely satisfied with the services provided by Pacific Roofing and wholly recommend their services.

We had storm damage to our roof. We talked to other roofing companies and neighbors but we were not happy with the level of service ...one of our neighbor had his roof replaced a year ago and they recommended Pacific Roofing.
We could not have been more pleased with the job they did. Ryan Smith was very attentive with texts and phones calls and promptly returned our calls .
Ryan met with our insurance adjuster and gave us a very reasonable bid for both the roof and gutters. Ryan was in constant contact about the arrival of the roofing materials.
The work was completed in under three days.
His crew was very careful and put tarps and wood sheeting over our deck, air conditioners and plants and they clean up after each day. They were a great group to work with. The gutters were installed the next day.
We have not had to call back for any issues roof or gutters. Ryan checked with us twice after completion just to make sure we were happy.

My home had a 20 year old Shake Shingle Roof. It needed to be replaced. I reviewed 4 reputable Roofing Companies online ( all ComplaintsBoard.com approved) and had representatives to the house to look at my roof, offer solutions, and give me an estimate for replacement.

Jason Smith and his team came to my home, analyzed my roof and offered me the best solutions to meet my needs and specifications. Additionally they educated me and gave me information to consider that I was not aware of.

They gave me an estimate that was "in the middle" price wise of what other roofers had given me, but the difference was their knowledge and that fact that I did not feel I was getting "sold" on things that I did not need--- or more importantly---they provided information on the things I did need. I chose a CLASS 4 GAF Shingle ( that saved me a bunch on my insurance premiums).

Jason (the owner) was onsite the day of replacement. Where does that happen? I was at work and he texted me photos of the job throughout the day. They completed the job on my Ranch Style home (large roof) in one day. The whole job was neat, clean and organized. They had a great crew.
