I placed an order with Roidrx and right from the start it was a little confusing. They sent one address for an e-transfer on my invoice, a different address in the email confirming my order and yet an another different address when you log into my portal on the website. I sent multiple emails just asking for clarification, and simply asking does it matter which email address I transfer the money too. They were extremely rude and couldn’t understand what I meant, (I don’t know how much more simple I could have made it).
I placed my order on Jan 3 2023.
I was supposed to receive delivery around Jan 5th and when I logged into the Canada post website I was a little confused at the options, I put down I wanted to pick it up at the post office, because there was no option to leave it in my PO Box or Canada post Big lock box at the front of my building…
I thought more about it at work and it didn’t make sense they didn’t have that option so I logged in to see if I missed something, I didn’t. But they had an option to leave with my superintendent (which I figured when the walk in the building and See the BIG CANADA POST LOCK BOX, they would leave it there as they had many times in the past. After being in constant touch with Roid Rx and Canada post, I waited a month then contacted them again, asking “please guys help me out here, before I make a review I’m giving you the opportunity to do the right thing”
They responded and were nothing but extremely rude and on top of that had the nerve to lie out of there teeth, they not only accused me of trying to scam them they said they talked to Canada post and they told them that they spoke with the delivery guy and he said he delivered to my building manager!
That’s an outright lie!
1. I truly don’t believe my building manager would steal and risk his employment for a $285 year order, especially with cameras everywhere in our building!
2. I spoke with Canada post and told them exactly what Roidrx said, and Canada post said that 1. They would never say that
ALSO they somehow managed to track down the delivery driver for my building in a matter of 2 hours
And he is going to remember delivering 1 of [protected] packages and the name and address….
Highly highly unlikely they said.
Especially 3 weeks later…
This is ridiculous, I don’t doubt there are people out there that try and scam the system but I work hard for my money and I only expect to get what I pay for, I don’t need to scam and rip people off like Roid Rx
Needless to say when they lied and treated me like a criminal my response to them wasn’t very nice!
I’m working on getting confirmation from Canada post that the conversation Roidrx says they had with them, never happened.
It’s sad I have to go thru all of this just for a few hundred dollars In gear.
At least I didn’t make a big order, I was smart enough to test the waters.
I’ve dealt with Canada Peds and they are amazing and their gear is top notch. I only thought I’d try out Roid Rx because their pricing is quite lower.
I guess u get what you pay for.
Shame on you guys at Roid Rx, I gave you every opportunity to try and make this right and all you have done is lie and be extremely rude.
I want my money back, honestly if you were to send me gear I’d send it away for testing and see what I’m getting and your actually selling, because you have lost all form of trust…
Wow. First time I have ever experienced a lost package or possibly a package that wasn’t even sent to me.
I wouldn’t put it past these guys at RoidRx.
Now I also know to pick the signature option (which I’ve never ever had too before)
Something tells me even if I did they would still being making excuses and coming up with lies!
And YOUR WRONG! THE PACKAGE ALWAYS GET SCANNED WHEN IT GOES OUT FOR DELIVERY! Wow crazy you don’t know this!

I live in a Condo on the 8th floor and have secured entry with my building. With PO Boxes and a HUGE CANADA POST mailbox inside the doors. In my last pic of Canada posts delivery preferences you can see why it’s a little weird. They only show option if you have a house not live in a secured building with a P.O. Box (I wasn’t going to pick front, side or back door)
Anyways just a warning to anyone out there you work hard for your money KEEP IT
DONT GIVE IT TO THE LIARS AND SCAMMERS AT ROID RX!
Desired outcome: I want my money back, at this point if I get my order I’ll be sending it away for testing because as I said…. Fool me onceYou’ve lost a all trust with me after your lies

I just wanted to add….
I’ve dealt with Canada Peds and just received another order and I’ve attached pics from Canada post showing that you can clearly see that it’s scanned several times in my home city then again before being delivered, while out for delivery and also when it’s actually delivered….
Again a post of a pic from proroids package showing that there OUTRIGHT LIE TO AVOID ACTUALLY SENDING WHAT YOU PURCHASE, IS EXACTLY THAT…..A LIE!
There’s no way they delivered it to me and missed that many checkpoints for scanning.
And if it was delivered why does it still say 2 months later that it’s sitting in LONDON
Keep your money…. Don’t waste a dime on those scammers at proroid!

Proving that roidrx telling me I received my package but Canada post doesn’t scan when delivered is A LIE….YOU CAN ACTUALLY SEE THEY SCAN THE PACKAGE SEVERAL TIMES… a couple times when it arrives to the destination city then again before it goes out for delivery, then again while out for delivery and then again when actually delivered.
So those liars that say I got my package and it was handed to my superintendent! Are exactly that LIAR/SHADY/CONMEN….
And if I actually received it why did it miss 6 scan/checkpoints and why does it say it’s till sitting in London 2 months later!
These guys at RoidRx are scammers! BEWARE! Just look at the my pics attached

They shouldn’t have just mailed what I paid for….
Their obviously hard up for money, ripping their customers off!
I have been using Rx for years, and so have a group of others i have sent their way. Through 25 to 30 orders, and who knows how many more from others i sent to them, never once have i or anyone else i have got to use them have ever had any problems with Roidrx. This is well over 100 orders at least through out the years between myself and others.
Their products are always proper and clean, and prices are [censored]ing decent for sure. Never once have i felt i have got under dosed product and have always got the results i was aiming for, and so have the people i sent their way.
Their customer service has always been okay. They are always very quick to respond, regardless of the day or time of year. Sometimes the replys were seemingly rushed, and maybe not too thoughtful, but i mean whos looking for a shrink when dealing with this stuff, to the point is whats most important and they always have been, and the longer i was a member the better our dialogue became.
You may have had bad expierence with them, and thats [censored]ty. You should have beem treated better as a customer of theirs, but because you had a bad expierence does not mean someone else will. I garuntee you are one of the very very rare individuals who have had a negative expierence with Roidrx. Being the 1% to the 99% of happy customers is terrible for you.
Atleast there are other sites for you to go to, and for anyone taking the time to read this novel of mine, i highly recommend these guys. You wont be disappointed, i garuntee that. I have no ties with Rx, other then ordering from them since 2013. Im not an ambassador for them, just putting the truth out there. Great gear, great delivery, great pricing, and okay customer service. Give em a try. 99% chance youll keep coming back.

I'm very sorry. the delay was due to the fault of the post office. I used inappropriate words about the seller. Everything is fine with the shipment except that it was cut. I highly recommend and apologize again.
WHOEVER IS WRITING THIS FIRST POST BASHING THIS SITE - IS CLEARLY MAKING THINGS UP AND LYING! The review is about roidrx, then at the end mentions another site that is completely different, which is proroid. But then basically praises a competition site which to order from them and how amazing this site is.

Anyone with ANY common sense can clearly see that this is just an attempt to discredit 2 sites that carry the most amount of product at the best prices and praise a site that will charge you up the a** for products. Just desperate that this competition site has to resort to this... maybe if they lowered their prices and charged something fair they would not have to do this in the first place.
And to add, I have 27 orders from Proroid. 7 orders from RX - ALL of which I have RECEIVED! Never a single issue! You want to get products off sites - use proroid or roidrx. These guys are the old OG's of Canada and have been around before any of these other sites that come and go.
I was getting a bit confused with all the addresses that were sent to you I never seen that in my years of doing business you said you didn't even know where to make the payment thats the easy part they send you an email confirmation with your order number your productd you purchased and tells you information on how to make your payment if you didn't understand something so simple what else have you might of not understood I had to stop reading half way through when you started calling them Shaddy, scammers liar's and untrusted because I know there nothing like that they always been good to deal with I know there not trying to scam you they got the best Fair prices going they will answer you back pretty quick when you have a question you dealt with them before and you probably loved it why else would you be there ordering than your pkg doesn't arrive what I think is you gave them the wrong address even if it's by one letter or number you won't get it o know these are stand up guys and they do there best to help you I just don't like hearing lies about people or a company when you know it's not true I just had to say these guys are honest and fair I know that from dealing with them and I still deal with them today and it's excellent customer service fast shipping and I always got my pkg just want to thank roidrx for it's good service
I would also like to share my negative experience with this seller. I bought things that were supposedly accepted by the post office, but then the hearing was lost. I suppose it wasn't sent at all and they must have someone at the post office entering the numbers into the system. They cannot present the shipping document, explaining that the number in the system is proof. To me, it's a mockery and a scam.
Really? Either you are making things up or are the same person that made this initial post to discredit this company in the first place. Let's see...
- company sends you something and provides a tracking number.
- tracking registers in the Canada Post system (proof of shipment)
- You claim that they have someone on the inside of Canada Post that is entering fake tracking numbers.
LOL, what do you think this is some 3rd world country that corruption runs wild?!? You really have to be a complete id**t for someone to believe this! How many times do you think anyone would be able to do this before Canada Post went to said location and actually investigated this due to fraud? Further, just incase anyone does not know (I have family that works for Canada Post). You can ONLY send the following ways with Xpress Post:
1.) with the tracking that is generated at the post office - 16 digit numeric tracking tracking number.
2.) with a prepaid (has to be purchased before) envelope that has a tracking number already. This tracking number is scanned into the system at the post office once the person ships the package. IT CANNOT BE GENERATED OR MADE ANYWHERE AT ANY POST OFFICE! This tracking starts with PG or MW and ends with CA always. Has 9 numeric digits between these numbers.
So as you can see, only the first option is a possibility. And if even the post office starts to steal packages (lets say for the sake of argument), they will have Canada Post investigators on their a** faster then you can spell the word "investigators"!
So if it is tracking, then it was sent and clear proof of sending it. If the tracking number is not working and it is the 2nd option - then that you can say it was never sent or you were scammed. BUT NO post office will be risking their business to do anything of this sort for a few bucks when this would be stopped in 2 weeks max by postal inspectors!
Just wanted to let you know I also ordered from them and everything went good I got what I paid for and the stuff seemed to work for me I than placed more orders and shipping was fast delivery was good just saying I had a good experience with them I don't know your whole situation but they always responded to me when I messaged them you shouldn't bash people until you give them a chance to respond I'm sure there's an reasonable explanation
Hey man thanks for sharing your experience., I was about to test RoidRx myself, glad Iv'e read this before. Damn, they supposedely have things other sites don't. Such a shame. From what I understand, the site proroid isn't good either?
You should read what I wrote. I have used both sites, proroid is my go to guys always. No one has been around for longer then these guys on the Canada scene and they are basically hated by all other competition as they sell for much less then anyone else, plus they carry all types of products including most items from Canadian pharmacies and around the world. Simply cannot be beat in this game!
My recommendation - make a small order first. Then you will have more confidence ordering larger. This goes for anywhere that you choose.
I want to buy Clenbuterol and Anavar, both roidRX and Proroid have them both made by northern, which one should I buy from? Please answer ASAP
