How do I get a hold of a live person to help me change the phone number on my account? I no longer have access to the old number and am stuck in a horrible automated loop. I've been trying for weeks to no avail.

My Case ID: 021516176 was issued on August 24 and there has been no response to any of my inquiries. Your help section has been useless for my situation as well as any phone numbers listed. I had this issue with three other companies and it was handled immediately. Pleasec advise.
