I tried to transfer purchased bitcoin to my cold wallet. After restricting my account for 5 days they say they are closing my account and to click the support link if I have any questions. Well, guess what. The support link is inactive, the online chat is in active and they no longer are accepting my phone calls. I have at least $8900.00 that they are not letting me access. My whole account is inactive and I have no one to ask questions of. This is just wrong. I emailed support, legal and customer service and as of yet have not heard back from them. I will update IF that happens. In the meantime I will be calling BBB (even though they are not members) and their corporate office in Florida. NOT HAPPY
Recommendation: Do NOT use Robinhood at all.
