Ive tried for 2 years to get my account and information completely deleted from their system. For a year I kept getting monthly statements after I asked to delete all information on me. Now 2 years later someone has been trying to hack into my account, that was supposed to be deleted. And I have no way to contact them without making a new profile. Its a dangerous trap and wish I could sue for breach of personal rights.

Claimed loss: My personal information is priceless

Desired outcome: I wasn't 100% proof that all my information is 100 % deleted like I never existed.
