Robinhood review: Investments

I closed out an account at Robinhood many months ago. Ever since they have been charging me a $5.00 monthly fee for something called a gold account. I never wanted or signed up for a gold account. They refuse to stop charging me or reimburse the monthly fees. All transactions occurred online. The bank funds were withheld from is PNC Bank. We opened the account in Beaumont, Texas, but it may have been called something else then. We currently go to the Pearland Branch.
