Hi kevin,
We lifted the restriction on your account. That means you can now transfer money and open new positions.
The next day I make a 1k deposit and made a buy. When checking the transaction, a banner at the top of the page states that restrictions have been placed on my account and I cannot make any crypto transfers. The support chat people, which I talked with many said there is nothing that can be done. So, my account is being held hostage, and I have no recourse. I want full access to my account restored, no restrictions. It is horrible for a company to treat its customers so poorly. The worst part is I have a large amount in this account, and my hands are tied. I want robinhood to fix this and make this right...
Desired outcome: I want immediate action to remove these restrictions and give me back full access to my account.
