I work for EquipMe USA, Inc company selling professional restaurant equipment. We placed a number of orders to RoadRunner via Unishippers aggregator.
This company has been nothing but a constant source of frustration and lost time. Out of seven deliveries, FIVE had to be chased down for nearly two weeks each. That’s not a delay — that’s complete operational failure. On top of that, FOUR shipments arrived damaged. Not slightly scuffed — actually damaged to the point where it creates real problems for our business.
And it gets worse. Even when you pay for full insurance, don’t expect any real support. Their claims process is a nightmare. Endless back-and-forth, ridiculous questions, and constant requests for unnecessary “proof,” as if they’re trying to exhaust you into giving up. It feels less like a claims process and more like a strategy to avoid paying altogether.
Communication is unreliable at best. You’ll be told one thing, then another. Deadlines mean nothing. Accountability doesn’t exist.
Recommendation: If your shipment matters — even a little — do yourself a favor and stay far away from this company.
