Very good company to work with, they are very friendly, they answered their phones, and follow up with emails and phone calls when they promised to do so, I woke yesterday morning with a great smile on my face, they were able to upgrade my safety rating from conditional to satisfactory. I highly recommend them for all the *** compliance services. ***!

I have a privilege to do business with CDl consultant of Libertyville. From the minute the phone was answered I was greeted in a professional and cheerful manor. All my questions were answered in great timing seem to me like a have team on standby to gather all info in regards to the concerns of the customer because there was no putting me on hold to get the answers I needed. Ms. Gizzelle I think her name was that help. Keep up the great ? work.

I,m leaving this review before my court date. I,m a savvy New Yorker and was so impressed with *** had to right this. *** is a extreme asset to your company and the main reason I went with CDL Consultant *** 100 percent felt warm and fuzzy and didnt even have to think about it went with CDL on initial phone call. Now hopefully my ticket gets dismissed as I,m a *** driver and will hurt my income. Thanks again *** CDL should give you a raise. (Also get my ticket dismissed ).

I hired CDL Consultant to assist my company in requesting a rating upgrade from the FMCSA. We began the process with them on October 30th and received our official FMCSA upgrade by December 3rd. The process was simple and streamlined, communication was outstanding and the customer service was above and beyond my expectations. The staff is friendly and extremely professional. I am thrilled to know that they offer other DOT compliance services for motor carriers as well. I highly recommend this company!

I have been happy with CDL Consultants. They either immediately have an answer to my safety questions or call me back within a reasonable time to give me a clear answer. They help me keep up with alerts for expiring documents. They helped me win a few DataQs and have helped me decrease my CSA scores. If you have the pleasure of working with *** you will be taken care of. *** extremely friendly and personable. If she doesnt know the answer, she finds it for me right away. Always calling and checking in.

I am so happy with the results that my business received from CDL Consultants. I had heard of the company from a friend who told me that they always take care of his tickets, but I didnt know that they also helped companies get their safety rating upgraded. I really didnt believe that they would be able to get my safety rating upgraded without having to go through another compliance audit, but thats exactly what they did! I highly recommend anyone with any kind of *** issues to contact CDL Consultants ASAP!

Well I can't say I really had good or bad experiences with them but i can say the cdl consultant are not loyal to thier promises they have tell me that we can dismiss the cause or change it to parking violation but they couldn't do any of that they charge me almost 400$ And then gived me a called than we tray our best we could just remove two points which even doesn't shows in my driving record Am still confused they took 400$ from me to dismiss it neither they give my money back and couldn't dismiss the cause it's same like other scam might be

Very friendly and responsive Team,I just recently got signed up for their services and they were awesome this whole time. They are very professional and they will make sure to explain the things in a very simple way to make sure you have a full understanding of what needs to be done. Last week i submitted a request to remove the Driver`s violation from the *** portal and this morning they came back to me with an excellent news that they were able successfully dismiss that ticket with the ***!People like *** and *** deserve the 10 out of 10!Keep it up Team...We love you all!

Great company and service. In January, our company had an on-site audit from the *** During that audit we were lacking in a few of the areas the investigated, resulting in a downgrade to our CSA score. After trying to handle the matter on our own,(to no avail) we were contacted by CDL360. They gave their pitch of how to improve our score and it sounded like the advantage we needed. Long story short, they came up with a plan, a company handbook and corrective actions,( which they sent to our customers when requested, and now we are back upgraded. Overall the experience was great and they did everything we asked of them.

Great, great company! They helped us to be Satisfactory again in ***. It was so ease to communicate with them. Just do what they ask you to do and everything will be great at the end. I called this company , spoke with a represntative that told me they have a 90% success rate. I was presented a very professional company. I hired this company assuming they would hire an attorney in the county where my violation occured. This company hired an attorney from far away, would only handle the case by phone and mail., would not appear in person. i paid a total of $1250.00 I called the customer service, they were rude and refused to help. DO NOT USE *** COMPANY! I am comletely unsatisfied. When i called the customer serivice, these people refused and basically told me nothing will change. It is really interersting that after calling the customer service 3 times with a promise to call back (they have not called back) and sending two e-mails canceling i now see this reply to my review. CDL Consultants is more interersted in *** reviews than their customer. My license is very important to me. This is the reason i paid $1250.00 only to find a nasty company. This company does not care what the customer thinks, does not care about customer satisifaction. Basically, once you pay , your money is gone forever. I asked many times for a refund which they to date will not give me. DO NOT USE *** COMPANY!

Do not use this company under any circumstances. They glorify their services on their website, but they are simply a search company who locates the cheapest lawyer they can find in your area to pocket more money for themselves. They charged me $3,500 and told me that an attorney would appear on my behalf and that I would not have to appear. They also said they would get my charge amended and they only work with experienced attorneys. The attorney they picked was young, inexperienced and unprofessional. He didn't answer my calls or return them, but he would eventually text me. I did have to show up to court because the attorney was late for every hearing with lame excuses. And he did not get my charge amended, he got me the same deal that a public defender would have got me. The day I was sentenced, I contacted CDL Consultant *** and explained my dis-satisfaction with the entire process and I merely requested a refund of 1/4 of my payment to them, but they ignored my request and wouldn't return my calls. On my last attempted call to them, I left a voicemail to let them know that I would be leaving a negative review on this website. You would be better off to seek your own attorney before hiring this joke of a company.
