Risk Assurance Partners review: Furniture warranty through Ashley

This company is a scam. They operate as Platinum Warranty Services sold as extra furniture protection through Ashley Furniture. They have over 36 complaints with the Better Business Bureau and I am adding one more. They are very unprofessional and have the worst customer service. They refuse to cover accidental incidents that are clearly within the policy. I was hoping that after being ignored repeatedly through email, that when I called, the manager would offer a resolution, instead, Emi, the manager proved to be incompetent and extremely rude. She yelled at me and did not listen to my concerns and had the audacity to hang up on me mid sentence. Stay away and do not trust this fraudulent business. They will steal your money and not cover what you paid for.
