I have HUNDREDS of emails going back and forth with this company. I wouldn't give up. I ordered a lounge seat ($39.99) in June 2023 and never received it. They give you fake tracking numbers (they re-use numbers of items that were already delivered), they continuously ask you to wait...another week, then another week... they always claim a "second package"...

I ordered a chair that was in fact a chair that folded up on the floor I paid for this item twice they have said they have sent this item to the wrong address I get excuses after excuses this item was ordered several months ago they refuse to give me a refund. They cannot give me any proof of this item being sent out they are a con command should not be aloud to get away with doing this to the public
