I have HUNDREDS of emails going back and forth with this company. I wouldn't give up. I ordered a lounge seat ($39.99) in June 2023 and never received it. They give you fake tracking numbers (they re-use numbers of items that were already delivered), they continuously ask you to wait...another week, then another week... they always claim a "second package" will be sent. I was told this 5 or 6 times. Why are they still in business?

I ordered special pillows on 29/06/23, money was taken from my account on 30/06/23 but I have still not received them, I emailed and was given a Royal Mail tracking number, it was a legitimate number but for someone else at the opposite end of the UK.

I emailed them again and was told my order was delivered to the wrong address but a replacement was sent. Despite multiple emails the reply on 9th December 2023 I was told to ‘wait patiently’

I have requested a refund several times which has not even been acknowledged.

As of 23/12/23 still no delivery, no tracking number, no refund and was again told to be patient as another order was sent but they wouldn’t provide a tracking number. In total 21 emails back and forth and it’s been exactly six months.

I ordered a chair that was in fact a chair that folded up on the floor I paid for this item twice they have said they have sent this item to the wrong address I get excuses after excuses this item was ordered several months ago they refuse to give me a refund. They cannot give me any proof of this item being sent out they are a con command should not be aloud to get away with doing this to the public

Two sensor bins ordered in 10 June 2023- i have sent about 10 emails informing them that the items had been delivered in Belfast according to tracking number

Apparently another parcel sent - after weeks of tracking that has also been delivered to Ireland.

They said could not refund my money because they have sent another parcel.

Think tracking numbers are bogus. They said give it another 7 days ' guess what nothing.

I paid for a car cover advertised on Facebook at the beginning of July, which never arrived. As with the many other people this crook has defrauded, I've had many emails promising it will come. Then saying it had been delivered to the wrong address. And is still claiming it is going to be delivered to me.

I complained to my bank, who, thankfully have refunded me; but why is this crooked business allowed to continue to advertise and rip off so many people? Especially as the address of the business is clearly shown in Companies House: https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/company/14871261
