I have some problems with feet and my doctor advised to buy the shoes from www.brooksrunning.com. He told me that these shoes have suitable and comfortable soles, so I immediately placed the order. I was worried that my order didn’t arrive on time, but the seller only excused and advised to wait more. After 2 more weeks still nothing. I emailed the seller, but this time he hasn’t reacted to my emails. I am disappointed that I haven’t received these shoes.

I have ordered running shoes from www.brooksrunning.com. The confirmation and delivery was on time and I didn’t face any difficulties with the ordering from them. But when the order finally arrived, I found out that the shoes weren’t the same, which I saw on the website. I emailed the seller, and he said to return the shoes. I sent them back, but afterward I didn’t get any note or new shoes from the seller.
