NOT REAL COMPANY
We tried to purchase large qtys of plastic goods from this firm and this is their reply..."it is not that i don't take your inquiry seriously, it is just that we are not geared for high volume at this time and i can't chase rainbows since our products are far more expensive than chinese products...you should simply deal with them for volume."
Being shocked, I thought I would report this salesman's response to his boss.
I checked a reliable plastic industries resources for contact info and found this company does not exist!

Customer service hung up and sent abusive email
I simply tried to get some information on Complex Plastics products, and the customer service I received was incredibly rude and unhelpful. I placed an order when I called to confirm & was told that the order was lost in their email system. After which I was told that this was my fault for not calling & catching the "snafu". After I was told it had already shipped. It was at this point I cancelled my order due to it not going to arrive for my event tonight. I then received an email from Robert White of Complex Plastics informing me that if I wasnt his liver I was too late. In summation, no receipts of goods, not professional & outright rude. Why waste the time.

Terrible company- they were rude and sarcastic to me as well. They are unprofessional and I have experience the worst customer service with this company. They are the worst.
As usual with people who have an axe to grind, they simply refuse to accept responsibility
for the outcome of their interaction with Complex Plastics Inc.
