In may 2019 ipurchased a vehicle from world motors. Eugene "gino" healy told me I had been approved and discussed the financing details with me. The infomation on the contract wss by far not tge same details we discussed. Tracy delivered the vehicle to me at sun down which I was suppose to pick up the cat at 10 am that day, but it was being serviced at the dealership which the ad ststed it had just been serviced. Thats one lie. The mercedes benz vehicle had 2 cracked headlights, interior trim on both driver and passenger was cracked, tires had cracks and a 1 in gash on one if the tires, dented bumper, painted over scratches. The car came detailed very nicely being it was nightime the damage was hard to see. The vehicle had prior accident and front end damage was reported two seperate times. There is so much more.
Bottom line do not buy from world motors. Gino is a felon who recently got ouf of prison for transporting stolen goods. He should not be handling business transactions. Tyler the owner runs a dealership that is fradulant.
If you want to buy a car from the shadiest dealer in the state, by all means, World Motors is your place. We purchased a car that we were assured was in mint condition. When we showed up to pick up the car, it had thousands of miles more than advertised. Thousands! "It's never been in a wreck!" they claimed. Later that night, it was brought to my attention that the navigation system did not work at all. By the time we got it home, one state away, the paint on the back bumper was starting to chip. Within the month, without any physical damage from our end, 1/3 of all the paint on the rear bumper had chipped off. This is a luxury high end car they claimed to sell us! The body shop we took the car to up here said that the only reason for this was because the car had been in a wreck, and the bumper had been recently (and poorly) repainted. When contacted, the owners basically told us that because it had been past 15 days, they would not do a thing. I've never met more crooked people in my life. Save your money and go elsewhere. Don't let them rob you like they did us.
Please read this before dealing with WORLD MOTORS. I recently purchased a car from World Motors in Scottsdale. It was sold with a full warranty as covered by the manufacturer. Within three weeks of purchasing the car, the engine was knocking and the check engine light came on. I figured it was no big deal because if anything went wrong, it would be covered under warranty. I took it to Camelback Volkswagen where they told me that there was $4, 500 worth of damages that would not be covered under warranty because of pre-existing damages. So I came to the conclusion that World Motors sold me a piece of junk car. I took the car back to World Motors and asked for the inspection papers from the inspection that they were supposed to conduct prior to selling me the car. They told me that they had had the car inspected by Chapman Volkswagen a week before. I went to Chapman Volkswagen service department where they told me that they had never inspected the car. I did not appreciate being lied to about an inspection that did not exist. World Motors was too cheap or too lazy to conduct the inspection. The main person that I was dealing with at World Motors was Dave. I could not find or get a hold of Dave for a solid week. He would not return my phone calls, he was never in the office, and when I asked for his cell number, Tyler would not give it to me. When I finally found Dave, he told me that this is my problem, not theirs. I took it to my mechanic who told me that the car looks like it has been in an accident even though the carfax is clean. I had the same thoughts considering the fact that they sold me the car without a spare tire and there was a twelve inch crack in the spare compartment that looked as though someone had tried to patch it together. Not only that, there was also a hole in the washer fluid container that someone had tried to puddy back together. Do not deal with DAVE, TYLER, or GINO. They are a bunch of kids who do not know what they are doing. Do not be fooled by the laid back attitude and the low prices.
