This company has been taking money out my account My bank has now blocked them It's £15 a month but my bank said it's been going on for months and the total has added up to £150

WLY* Complete Save have been taking money fraudulently from my credit card for the last 6 months, totalling £90. I do a fair amount of online shopping, but at no time have I requested to join the Complete Save savings plan. I have only just discovered this fraud, because the amount of £15 per month is a small enough amount not to raise alarm bells! I have now contacted my bank and had further payments stopped, I am furious that this amount of money has been stollen from my account. Somehow this company has got hold of my details, but I can confirm that I have never completed an application form to join this savings plan or received any emails or other documents from this company. I want my money refunded and this company investigated.

This company has been billing me on my Debenhams card since February. No time did I sign up for this. They have now taken £15 per month. The total is £60. I have now cancelled. Although I never signed up in the first place. How can this happen? How can a completely different company get access to my Debenhams credit card account. In what way do they do this. This is not very good. Lots of people are vulnerable and maybe not able to deal with this. I have to say Debenhams are not helpful at all.

I received a text message from from my bank @7.05 this morning 19th December 2022 saying that there had been suspicious activity on my card and that the above company had taken £15 from my account which I did not authorise I would like it to be refunded
