Webvision pte ltd Singapore Hosting service

Since 2009 our company have used Webvision for our client hosting service. This year 2012 and even last dec 2011.. we a get a lot of client complaint because of server down.. we experienced this in a straight 2 weeks. They told us that we need to patch up the server so that we will never experience these again and pay for the patch service... which is uncommon act for a hosting provider. Most of hosting provider I have experienced was up to date and up 24/7 and specially focus to security issue... ops without charges. But this... they dont care with our complaint. RIght now, the server is still down... and they're not reliable to their service.

So I suggest, dont take the risk.

They have been doing fine in year 2012 when first engaged. Attending to technical problem within the promised lead time.
However, moving into year 2013, they have moved the technical support team to vendor! My problem on the website remained unresolved for 2 months! No calls nor emails from them! Compliant email sent to sales team but no response!

My 2 cents of advice: not worth the money!
