WebHostingWorld Closed my account!

I had an account and they closed it without warning. I was a long time WebHostingWorld user, always paid in time, and I have no idea why my account got closed.
In the first place I decided to use these guys because their prices were very low and everything seemed like a great deal, and that was the biggest mistake I've ever made!
I contacted customer service and asked them to explain in details why did they close my account but they ignored me. All they said was that if I wanted them to open my account I need to pay some extra. What a joke.
Avoid this terrible company!

WebHostingWorld No replies when submit a tickets

I have submit to a new tickets #577151 to request to be account cancelled & get full refund, i was sign up a linux reseller starter account last week & then i was told by the operator that softaculous was free trial version 3.6, not full version. so it not worth. that's why i request to be cancelled my account & get full refund. i have paid $70SGD for 6 months billing cycle & now it has been 5 days no replies at all. so i lodge a complaint against webhostingworld company. i suspent that owner of webhostingworld is a reseller. the server information in cpanel & whm was hidden. the owner of webhostingworld has no right to hidden his server information. i have visit forums at http://forums.webhostingworld.net that some of client had complaint against webhostingworld. Please taken action against webhostingworld to get my refund back. thank you!

THIS WEBHOSTINGWORLD CHEAT ME, THEY COLLECT MONEY THROUGH INTERNET ON19-10-2012 INR 2153.90 MY INVOICE NO IS--161485 ORDER NO--[protected] BUT TILL NOW MY WEB SITE NOT HOSTED, NOW THEY ARE ASKING MORE MONEY. LAST TWENTY DAYS I ASKED THEM TO SOLVED MY PROBLEM BUT THEY ARE NOT RESPONDING, NOW I NEED MY MONEY BACK, BUT THEY ARE NOT GIVING PROPER ANSWER. THEY CHEATED MANY PEOPLE SO FAR I CAN GIVE THE LIST IF NEEDED.BETTER YOU CAN SEE GOOGLE SITE.

I have had many problems in a short time hosting. site down, email security certificate, can not send emails from Outlook.
you always say that everything is okay, but are not. Outlook now and then can not send emails. Back to work alone after talking in live chat for you.
I can not take much more customer complaints and staff.
see how many tickets I've opened it and how many times was attended by your live chat.
I want to cancel today. I'm looking for another server.
Webhostingworld anymore.
I do not have time for games. the service of you is bad.
I want to cancel and refund my money today.
and until this moment I did not received my money back guarantee.
this is a worst web server service.

It´s been the worst experience in all my life work with http://www.webhostingworld.net

My website had been out for 1 week they did a wrong configuration from there side and don´t fixed it for on week.

I asked my money back, now it´s completed one month. they closed my ticket and don´t gave my money back.

The billing support never reply the ticket about the money back, they changed the subject saying that they are solving the issue on the hosting and nothing else… I don´t know more what to do… if somebody have a suggestion please e-mail me.

I have submit to a a lot of tickets tech support no body reply, I get on to live chat with 4 to 5 staff t the Same answers like this

Untill NOW MY DOMAIN STILL ON THE PROCESS OF PROPAGATION ... SHOULD BE EVERYTHING WILL BE FINE IN THE NEXT 6 TO 8 HOURS ... So every I have to log on check them out but still on the Process another 5 hrs to 7 hrs again, again again, same script no explanation poor service ...
