Complaint
Purchased a car from Vroom with a cash payment. Have not received title. We purchased the car in February. We have been calling, sending e-mails without getting any direct information. The phone number Vroom supplied to us for a Title Specialist only transfers to a voicemail. The tags are expired and we can’t drive the car. We need the title to register the car.
Desired outcome: We want our money back since we have not received title.

I purchased my vehicle through Vroom in September 2021. The car was delivered on September 13. Paperwork was completed following the ten day trial period in original and fed-ex delivered back for registration. Registration temporary tags were issued over and again.
