Viessmann company had a limited life time warranty on the product and 2 Years on parts from the date of Install. I BOUGHT VITOLEM-100W CONDENSED COMBY 3 YEARS EGO. I ALWAYS EXPERIENCED PROBLEM WITH THE COMBY. LEAKAGE FROM TAPS AND SAFETY DRAIN LINE . INSUFFICIENT HEATING, HIGH COST OF SPARE PARTS AND SERVICING. POOR SERVICING. I UNDERSTAND THAT LOCAL PRODUCTS ARE HALF COST AND MORE QUALIFIED IN TURKEY.
