We purchased a Viessmann wb2b-19-60 condensing boiler from Ecomfort which had a factory defective when the shipping box was opened and installed. Viessmann company had a limited life time warranty on the product and 2 Years on parts from the date of Install. We have been trying to get Ecomfort and Viessmann company to stand up and honor our WARRANTY, but as of this date September 23, 2021 they both are trying to get away with possible consumer fraud. I will strongly suggest you not do business with Ecomfort or Viessmann .

Desired outcome: Replace my defective product
