I ordered the 30 day trial pack for $4.95. When I got it there was a charge on my credit card for $5.25 (which i guess I authorized). Then a couple days later there was a charge for $74.06 on my credit card. I have tried to call them and no one answers just on hold music. I am disputing this with my credit card company. This company needs to be stopped. The only # that I have for them is [protected]. never get anybody though. Good luck everyone.

I got ripped off as well.. I didnt get my lean green until 10 days after i ordered it.. and my credit card was automatically billed 89.00... I called today and the customer service rep was very rude and said its my fault and I cant get a refund because I did not call to cancel in time..this is so not fair, especially since they told me I had a month to cancel before I would have to pay.

This happened to my wife. It came through as a charge from drireg.net. You can do a search for them on here. There are extensive posts about them as well.

Call the bank, and cancel your card. Have a new one issued. You should also dispute those charges through your bank. I wouldn't even deal with the company.

I was foolish enough to believe that this company would actually send me a free sample for $4.95.
When I placed the order I was not aware that there was an "autoship" policy for this product. They also sent me another product which I did not order, and charged my credit card for it ($34.95). As I was leaving their website I was stopped by a pop-up window for a "chat" with one of their "customer service" reps. I had to decline her "generous offer" 5 times before she would stop writing that she was ready to sign me up for $14.95 a month "conveniently charged to my credit card". I saved a copy of the chat for anyone who wants to see it. There are two telephone numbers that have to be called to STOP the autoship, and membership to their weightloss "club". None of this is disclosed until below the order button. Please don't be taken in by this.

The Contact phone numbers are:
[protected] to stop the autoship.
[protected] to stop the monthly charge to the "weight loss club".

This is happening to me as well - I recieved my free sample after about 3 weeks instead of a 'few' days as they promised. Just checked my credit card statement to find UltraGreenLean Software have made 2 charges of $69.87 for 'internet downloads'. Credit card company been very helpful in pushing the charge back to Ultra Green but there is no way to stop them charging in the future - heaven knows how much longer I will have to dispute these charges! DON'T HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THIS COMPANY - they are dishonest and I am not sure whether to product works - even if it does I won't be ordering any more!

I'm scared they will start charging me after 14 days. There is no telephone number. The email are bouncing back saying address not found.Although I did notify my credit card company but even they don't have the info on them. Can anyone get their working telephone number.

I have written to your company last month that my card is being charged and I don't receive any tea from you, thus henceforth stop charging my card as well as refund my money back to my card. To my surprise again my card has been charged. Your company had no courtesy to even respond to my mail. I will take up this with my bank.

Ultra Lean Green Scam

The company and product are TERRIBLE - advertised a free trial with no obligations and guarantees galore - then you find $76 charge on your credit card MONTHLY. Not to mention I got loads of SPAM directly following the online purchase so I'm certain they sold my information. As for the product - it has a terrible taste, and gave me insomnia, shakiness and made me feel sick. I would normally never buy something like this online but I must have had a moment of weakness.

Don't fall for this very shady deal.

I ordered the "free trial" of this product only to be charged $69.87 a few days later. No mention of this was made upfront, and it's nowhere to be found on the main website. When I called the numbers on the site, the mailbox was full. It all seems very fishy. I left a message with the "corporate office" and I'm also sending a letter.

Their terms and conditions claim: "MONEY BACK GUARANTEE: IF AT ANY TIME YOU ARE UNSATISFIED WITH OUR PRODUCT, CONTACT US AT [protected] AND WE WILL GIVE YOU A 100% REFUND."

Which they better deliver on. I am asking for a refund, especially since I never authorized this charge. "To return a product or request a refund, please contact Customer Service at [protected]. Send to: Attention: Returns Department PO Box 1158 Pleasant Grove, UT [protected]."

I will let you know how this works out.

I ordered a free trial of the Ultra Lean Green, I then had charges on my account for 69.00 for ultra lean three weeks latter and charges for a Fit Factory for 19.95. If you order this free trial be sure to read the small print and cancel anything that sends you an email. Even if you didn't set up an account with them. Call them and cancel or you will be charged for it.

I had signed up for a sample of Ultra Tea and I was charge what I was supposed to for the sample of $4.95. But then I was charge $34.95 for Power Tea, which I didn't order and $69.87 for another shipment of the Ultra tea which I didn't order either as I haven't even received the sample yet. I want my money back...all $104.82. I don't mind paying the shipping and handling for the sample as that was all that I authorized. I had call them and they were supposed to get my $34.95 back and now I have received that and have this other charge of $69.87.

What a jock free trail right, thats just how they get you to order and then they take your money and run, they have tried to change my credit card two times not just once, but that ok because i will get my money back and i will let poeple know that this company and dri-reg.net is a spam and you know nothing hurts more then bad talk about your company's and that will hurt them more. I am so mad because who do they think they are to do this to poeple and to think that they are getting away with it but not now i will tell everyone that i know.

I ordered the free sample of tea, for $4.95, this was the only charge I authorized. At this point well over $100.00 has been taken from my account. I want it returned. If I can not get this taken care of here I will start legal action, as I am a business owner and have an attorney already on retainer.

I decided to check out this product that's been advertised all over Facebook.
I received a call moments after placing my order online(which I was only charged $6.95 for s&h). The representative said I would be charged an additional $1.95 for some vacation saver coupons and such, but would need to cancel after 14 days if I didn't want to continue with my membership($19.95/month).
I waited for the envelope to arrive so I could keep an eye on when to cancel... NEVER was I told that I had started a subscription with Ultra Lean Green.
I checked my bank account online, as it is pay day, only to discover I've been charged $69.87!
Apparently I had a 14-day trial period to enjoy this product(which I don't believe does anything, anyway) and cancel before I was charged to continue shipments.
I did call the company, making sure I was given a reference number as they are supposedly refunding the charge. I still have to wait for this next shipment to arrive so I can send it back.
Unbelievable!

DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT. IT IS A SCAM. They say they will give you a 14 day "Free Trial" but then they send you 30 days worth and charge you 69.87 for the remaining 16 days they sent you that you didn't even order. I called and complained, but it was too late. Just by giving them your credit card number you are agreeing to pay half the amount for the product and then the full amount every month after that if you don't cancel it. THIS STUFF DOESN'T EVEN WORK! In fact IT MADE ME SICK to my stomach and I vomited it up more than once. PROTECT YOURSELF. THIS IS A FRAUD!

Ultra Lean Green RIPPED ME OFF.
They offer a free 30 day sample of their product. (It's a green tea weight loss drink). All you pay is $4.95 for shipping and handling. It's supposed to have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. There's three reasons why their satisfaction guarantee is bogus and moot:

1) You get stuck with random charges on your credit card, for who knows what, every month afterward. I've been charged $19.95 TWICE each month since I got the free trial.

2) I was supposed to receive the trial in up to 5 business days. It took an entire month before I received it.

3) IT DOESN'T WORK. Even with diet and exercise.

I'm really pissed off. And I'm not the only one. I've read several other complaints about others who have been ripped off by this company. Someone should do something about it.

My complaint's about the misleading ad and website of Ultra Lean Green Tea. It says only pay shipping of 4.95 and get a free trial. When you get the canister of tea there is a plastic wrapper around it with your address. Also a note that says you have 15 days to try 14 packets and if you must return the unused and call to be able to cancel your order. If you don't call within the 15 day trial period you will be automatically charged 69.87 plus you will be put on automatic monthly shipments and charged 69.87 per shipment. This is such a scam because this "automatic" membership is not spelled out on the website in a way that is plain and easy to see. I went back on the website and in the tiny print at the bottom after you scroll all the way down there is a place where you can click on terms and agreements. That is where the additional information about the charges is spelled out. It also says in bold print that you can get 100% refund at any time if you are not 100% satisfied with the product. So I called to cancel my order and get a refund - the tea tastes bitter and I didn't like it. They tried to say it was past the 15 day trial period and they would charge me for the first shipment plus a second shipment that I had not received yet. I told them I expected a full refund according to their 100% satisfaction guaranteed clause printed in the terms and conditions on the website. The rep said she would have to check with a supervisor. When the rep finally came back on the line she said the supervisor had agreed to refund both shipments. I was on the phone for a full 30 minutes in dealing with this company. They leave you on hold a long time so you will give up and not pursue it. I'm just saying buyer beware because this is a scam. They are making the details of the sale inaccessible on purpose because they know many people will not be aware that they have to call within 15 days. That is what they are hoping. They are deliberately trying to mislead with their website and advertising. They want people will go past the 15 day trial period and begin the cycle of being charged automatically on their credit card every month. I bet these people are making a fortune off of unsuspecting consumers who don't check their credit card statement carefully.
