scam?
These guys towed my car from MY OWN assigned parking spot. (I have witness who can confirm that I parked in my own spot.) I shall take legal actions against these guys. They obviously do not check the necessary information before they tow cars. I have heard A LOT of complaints about these guys from other tenants too. Who would want to contract these guys? Laziness and incompetency shouldn't be rewarded.

Unproffessional
I was walking to my car and my fiancé notices a tow truck, then we see him using go jacks and started to move my other car. I ran to him and asked why he was hooking my car. He said it was in the wrong spot and I argued to him how he was committing a mistake. I was given parking spot #80 and that's where my car was at. I tried to reason with him and he just blew up. Started cussing, being rude to me, and then starts cussing at me. I told him I was going to get the apartment manager and he said he didn't give a f*** who I got because he was going to tow my car. Anyways that when on, I get my car back and call his manager to complain and what do I get? A useless person who didn't even know who was on route to get my car and more attitude. This is the second time I had bad service and mistakes on their behalf without an apology. People need to be aware of scam artist like them. They towed my other car once and had it for less than an hour and I got ripped off to get it back. Rediculous charges and gate fees! Common they made more money on just 1 hour than people make in about a week. It took $270 to get it out. Oh and I got charged a heavy duty truck charge for my mid-sized sedan!

Yeah this tow company must be in need of money if they charge people an arm and a leg just to drop your car in the spot they picked it up in. They have no professionalism, i hope they feel good about what they do to people who actually work hard with their hands not just drive around looking for some one to take advantage of. TOANDMOTOWING, what a stupid [censor] name i guess you don't have to graduate to name a business.
