Rack Mount Leg Roller and Lat Tower Knee Holder
Website description does not indicate whether this item will fit on a 2” rack. It does not. Furthermore, the attachment would not fit on any rack because the locking mechanism does not twist to lock appropriately. Therefore, this item is defective. I asked for a return and customer service told me I must accept a 20% restocking charge which I do not accept and I must pay for return shipping. 20% + return shipping costs = waste of time for little return back to the customer. This company is why Amazon has so many customers.
Desired outcome: Full refund and return shipping paid by seller.
