Technorv alfa r36

Arguing, blaming, then refusing to issue a full refund for a defective device. Is this the practice of a reputable reseller? We don't think so, and are taking our case to our credit card company if we are not given a full refund or exchange for this defective device. We asked to exchange the defective device for a non-defective device and they refused our request. Do we need our lawyer? When it gets to this point, it's obvious the reseller may not have our interests in mind. We don't appreciate what appears to be a runaround. Beware of dealing with Technorv.

Technorv They are NOT reversing the charge so far.

Technorv charged my debit card without my authorization. I called and they said I had ordered a "white light bulb" but it had not shipped yet. They are NOT reversing the charge so far.

This complaint seems a little premature as it appears that we were in the process of helping out this customer when they posted this review. First of all, we never charge a credit card when a person orders, only when the product ships. What this customer will have seen is an authorization, not a charge. If this customer would like to contact me personally I'd be happy to resolve their situation or refunding their money. Phil May, President, TechnoRV.
