This company's billing practices are unscrupulous. I receive bills for payments that have already been paid. Just about every month I have to run copies of the checks that have cleared my bank and have been cashed by Spruce Power. They need to be shut down and quit and turn over their accounting firm that knows what their doing. I want to join in on a Class Action Lawsuit for harassment.

Spruce Power purchased my lease agreement in January 2022 from Sungevity Solar. I had no input or ability to object from this occurring. I was simply told after the fact that it had occurred. Spruce power purchased the lease of Solar panels on my home in Aug. of 2020 since then the system has malfunctioned 3 times and total down time is 13 months and counting. Before February 2023, All bills with Spruce Power were paid through ACH checks with my bank. In March, I started to receive bills by mail,stating amounts way above the previous ones that were steadily $68.78.
