This company's billing practices are unscrupulous. I receive bills for payments that have already been paid. Just about every month I have to run copies of the checks that have cleared my bank and have been cashed by Spruce Power. They need to be shut down and quit and turn over their accounting firm that knows what their doing. I want to join in on a Class Action Lawsuit for harassment.

They are a NOT HONEST COMPANY..They do not answer their phones.. You acan wait hours to get a pick up. You can't get to talk to a person that knows anything about billing or answer questions correctly. They NEVER call you back. My bills are constantly messed up AND you never get your bill in time to to get it back to them on time which is the 1st of month. I get my bill on the 27th of the month and sometimes the 28th. I can not get it back to them on the first of the month their due date. SO A LATE FEE GETS ADDED ON. ALSO THEY CHARGE FOR A BILL..THAT IS WRONG. They CHARGE A LARGE FEE TO PAY OVER THE PHONE. They are not trusted to do auto pay..I tried that and will NEVER LET THEM IN MY ACCOUNT. That is what they want. I know several customers that have the same problems and also can not get any repairs done on their solar system so they are paying high electric bills plus their solar lease. I this month got a Email telling me a did not pay my April bill..I paid it on March 10..They had no problem getting my payment and cashed it 4 days after I sent it. SO THAT SURE TELLS ME THEY ARE LYING. I am fed up and would love to have a different leasing company. The leasing co. I had before it was sold to this horrible company was great. My Solar company went bankrupt as most have and sold the lease to Killowatt which was bought by horrible Spruce Power..WHAT A MESS..THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN OR TOLD TO SHAPE UP. I AM FED UP. I have made copies OF DEPOSITS AND PICTURES AND DATES OF CASHED CHECKS from my bank to prove to them I am PAID UP A MONTH EARLY. They still bill me for Invoice and NOW they say I have not paid April which is paid so I will get a late fee and another charge for invoice..FED UP
