I have been dealing with Spruce Power for the last few months because they do not know what they are doing. Since they changed their billing system earlier this year, my automatic payment is never taken out and I keep getting collection calls and bills that are outrageous. I have been hung up on, waited 30-60 minutes, left messages (never receive a call back) sent a registered letter to the company etc. and absolutely no response. When I did talk with someone they admitted it was their fault, redid my banking information and assured me everything was taken care of. 4 months later I am still being harassed and am contemplating legal action.

Desired outcome: I want the billing straightened out - or released from my contract - it is very upsetting to go through this every month
