Spruce Power review: Incorrect billing

Before February 2023, All bills with Spruce Power were paid through ACH checks with my bank. In March, I started to receive bills by mail,stating amounts way above the previous ones that were steadily $68.78.

On 3/01/23 the bill was for $73.35 but has not been withdrawned from my bank account.

On 4/01/23 the amount went back to $68.79.

I called Spuce customer service several times to find out was was the issue(s)

I have been told, Spruce updated their billing system and the consequences lead to some "errors"

On 5/01/23 the bill amount was $235.93!

On 6/01/23 the bill amount was $304.72

None of theses amounts were withdrawned from my bank account.

At the time Spruce updated their billing system, I could not access my Solar account. When finally with the help of an agent I was able to restore my access to Spruce.com, I realized they had charged me several fees for insufficient funds, late payments and pay over phone which I never made. Called again Spruce C.S. and learned they did not transfer my bank information! With the help of an agent, I restore my autopay but again, no payments were withdrawed from my bank account. My last call to Spruce was 7/1/2023; The agent asked me to wait until today to check if the payment of $68.79 was processed. As a matter of facts, a payment of $93.79 was processed today! I have been unable to reach Spruce C.S today it seems they are submerged by customers calls (no wonder)

Desired outcome: I would like Spruce correct all errors and wave any late fee for which I am not responsible. Thank you
