this "burned bad" was posted by patrica williams, she is just as dishonest and as bad as a scammer as the grifter roger spice, her attempt to drag others into her wholesale stupidity is a joke, she coerced roger spice to give her a bogus proposal in my company name to attempt to go after my company that is in fact licensed, her bogus complaint was dismissed by the state licensing board in two days, it was laughable, she contracted with an unlicensed [censor] roger spice and paid him for his attempt at a remodel, this is fully documented and public info, when spice's business failed in the middle of her job spice and williams came up with a desperate attempt and scam to write a bogus proposal in my company name and file a complaint with the licensing board and to attempt to draw funds from the surety fund, sorry that is for licensed contractors only, not grifters, nice try but the fact that williams already had a written contract with spice and paid him consideration and he in turn gave her consideration in the form of work they were in fact in a contract together, nice try buy it was very weak attempt, group one const, had nothing to do with this what so ever and i am in fact a victim of the professional grifter roger spice, and now it appears roger spice's new partner in crime patrica williams as well, spice is a professional grifter and had no ownership on my company and never did, any one can add themselves to someones corp docs, its was all part of his scam, willams is apparently a greedy self serving liar.

I also was scammed by Roger Spice and his son. They were operating with a license under the name of GROUP ONE CONSTRUCTION. This man, although he claimed he did not know Mr. Spice well at all, is a liar. Come to find out, Roger Spice was actually listed as VP of Sales on his corporation documents (public record). They stole 11, 000 from me and I had to hire someone to finish the job.

File a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission. Thier Consumer Response Center 1-877-FTC-HELP. I called them and if they get enough calls they will file a class action law suit. I don't think any of us that were taken by Roger will see their money back, but at the least we can stop him from scamming others. Also contact your local consumer protection department. In Dade county it is code enforcement. In Broward county it is through Broward County Enviornmental Protection and Growth Management Department, permitting, licensing and consumer protection.

I am out over $8000 and I spoke to someone else who lost $6000. I am sure there are many more.
