End August 2015, hired company to complete bathroom taping and mudding. was supposed to be a 2 day job, turned in to 4 day job...lack of communication from Jamie WYLD, who we tried to contact several times, but ignored calls...hung up when finally reached by our cell phone, Hubby and I have spent several hours repairing horrid job and cleaning for painting...

TOWN AND COUNTRY SERVICES poor service

tOWN AND COUNTRY INSTALLED A EVCON 56, 000 BTU FURNACE IN THE HOME IN NOV 2009. THE FURNACE GAVE LITTLE OR NO HEAT ONCE INSTALLED, WE CALLED TOWN AND COUNTRY REPEATEDLY NO ONE RETURNED OUR CALLS, BUT THE OFFICE PERSON STATED SHE WOULD CONVEY THEM THT APPROPRIATE PERSON. NO HEAT, AND NO ONE RETURNING THE TELEPHONE CALLS I CONTACTED MY CERDIT CARD COMPANY AND DISCUSSED THE PROBLEM. ULTIMATELY THGE CHARGES WERE REVERSED, TOWN AND COUNTRY CALLED DEMANDING PAYMENT. THE MANGER STATED HE WOULD REPAIR THE ONLY AFTER THE PAYMENT WAS RESUBMITTED. I HAD TO FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE ATTORNEY GENERAL OFFICE OF MY STATE.
