I bought sunglasses from the company www.speckyfoureyes.com. After 4 days I checked my order and it was still “pending”. I sent multiple emails to the customer services and got only one reply that the seller would try to send it faster. After that I heard fake promises and blah-blah, but the situation didn’t change. These people are scammers and liars, who promise a lot, but in result you get nothing. Please post your comments about this company.

This company must be trading off an old reputation if my experience is anything to go by. I would never use them again.

I ordered bog-standard sunnies with a not very powerful prescription.

The price, not that great. Over £30.

Speed of delivery - appalling.

Communication - no progress tracking. And when I did ask, I got terse, unhelpful emails fobbing me off with weak promises (and even they did not come to fruition).

When I order glasses online I want value, speed and quality. I don't care how the founder came up with the idea etc etc.

I care about glasses arriving when I need them, looking as good as the pictures, and being the correct prescription. One out of three (prescription) is not great.

More than a month after ordering, they actually arrived.
