The advertised software is obsolete and does not work on current machine. I downloaded Snap Art 3 which is supposed to work as a plugin for Photoshop. It would not install as a plugin for PS CC. Texting to company told me that it only works on Photoshop CS6 which they would let me download. However, I already have that and don't use it. None of the Photoshop plugins that they advertised work with PS CC, but this is not indicated on their site. They offered additional software to compensate for the problem, but none of it worked. They would not offer a partial refund.

When attempting to download advertised software for Photoshop (mac), none of the software was compatible with Photoshop CC only with Photoshop CS6. When requesting a partial refund since the software that was advertised as a lug-in only worked as a stand alone, I was told that only total refunds were possible. They would glad give me a credit to purchase other software, which I tried to do, but none of it worked or it required an activation code that was not given or it was completely unusable. The company is FALSELY ADVERTISING its products - which are obsolete.
