Hotel refund
I book a hotel for two nights at the westin cape coral resort in flordia. Sept 27 and 28th. 2022 - thru u guys. Due to a major hurricane "ian" the hotel shut down for safety reasons. They called and told me not to come closing- state emergency. Fl state law states companies cannot take advantage of people during a major storm, it is punishible by law. I...

Snaptravel cancelled our reservation 24 hours before us leaving to our trip in Orlando. A trip prepared in detail a month ago.
The hotel we were supposed to stay was nearby all attractions and my daughter is in a wheelchair. Because of these negligent behaviors we were forced to cancel our trip and caused great mental anguish to my daughter thats in a wheelchair. The hotel supplies us with and included free tickets (Express unlimited tickets) we acquired losses of airline tickets, park tickets and hotel.
I also called the Hotel and to the general manager and they stated: that they did note receive any call, email or documentation from snaptravel regarding our reservation. The alternative hotel did not provide the following details that were needed for my daughter and my family:
Proximity to the parks.
Water taxi with wheelchair access
Express unlimited passes for 3 people (each one costs 200 per person)
Early access to all parks.
Desired outcome: Full Refund and reimbursement of all expenses that had to be cancelled
