Septa Towed my car instead of fining

I usually park my car on the same parking spot but this time I didn’t have change on me so I didn’t pay for the parking. I was expecting to receive $5 ticket but instead of that when I came back from work I didn’t find my car where I have left it. Septa has towed it and when I called them and asked where my car was they didn’t have information about it yet. Septa caused lots of headache for me this time.
