Septa is understaffed, I had been buying my regional tickets prior my departure. on time the wait was almost two hours for a train. I went to get a train ticket and they said the ticket was for today 6/17/2023.

I want a refund. I was not traveling today. They had been low on staff. That's why I been getting tickets prior of the date.

There was a supervisor on Suburban Station at 12:52 pm on 6/17/2023. Her answer was call Septa.

They are very unprofessional; I want my $ 9.25 back. There was a holiday in the way too. She had no customer service in mind.

Call Septa, why is the person a Supervisor, a refund is due.

Call Septa is not a professional answer, she just gave a paper with Septa number.

Like I say, Septa has been understaffed. and do not forget dirty and dangerous.

I want my money back.

I want my $9.25 back.

Desired outcome: A Refund and Customer Service from Septa. They had a supervisor, and a holiday was coming up. Her solution was call Septa. That's not acceptable, Septa have been understaffed and dirty. I want my $9.25 back

Went to the "manned" septa office in Lansdale 3 times (different days) to get a replacement key card. No one at the desk. I called into the tiny open window each times with no response. On the 3rd day tapped on the glass window several times before the guy comes out of the back to tell me to stop tapping on the window (had an attitude, but so did I). Then says the computer is down (still with attitude). What horrible service.
