The owner of the shelter Ruff House Rescue is really dishonest person and she didn’t help animals at all. She wants only money and I believed her, but it was scam. She offered me to help and invested money in her shelter, but after I paid about $1, 500, she simply started to tell that she never got this sum. WTF? She is really bad and dishonest person Warn other people and post comments.
