Steve Welch Dog Training reviews and complaints

My friend wants a dog really bad and found one on Steve welchs fake site where it happens to direct you to him. He has dogs in garages in heat and stacked upon one another with no water . if you look up the reviews ... That's not okay or safe. I wouldn't be surprised if any have died. They're are 13 complaints on him and about him and he supposedly makes you buy training if you want the dog! I have a feeling the dog never gets handed over only the money! This is what I've read! I've rescued a dog and there was never training required. If you look at online reviews he abuses the dogs when training and been known to not give the dog back ! This guys a fake and a fraud and I don't understand why he has been allowed to get away with this. He also supposedly uses the money not in good ways! Look at the reviews! My friend asked how much and Steve won't tell him unless he meets him first! Likely to persuade to buy training ! Then he says he has to be trained ! Eyes need to be open this is not right ! My friend is going to get tricked !
