Purchased a sofa on 5th jan 2021 with full payment and told me that delivery will be preferably on the end of feb or 1st week of march. Had been waiting patiently until end of feb and had keep asking for date of delivery. 1st week of march they told me that item will only reach on the mid of march which is around 11-13th march and will update me when near to date. I had been waiting and chasing for a date. 5th march received a call informing me that the black stock discontinue and could not deliver. They apologize and asked to change color or refund. Do the company think that we are stupid? When we placed an order, i'm sure you could have contacted your factory and I had waited for 2 month plus. Why you couldn't let me know on jan to feb? Instead bluffing me telling me the delivery delayed and then cannot deliver? Seriously waste my time. No sofa for cny and I urge people never to buy from rozel. This is really not professional at all. I would never go back to thus shop again.

I agree with Mr Mark K Chee.. I also bought the sofa from AMK outlet its really total rubbish.. I was told to pay half the amt to confirm and to make the set, which they say need 1 month including the shipping time from their China workshop. I agree and paid half the amt and its on 07/07/2012, so i am suppose to get my sofa on or before 07/08/2012 After 3 weeks i called them up and ask abt the status of the item but they end up telling mi tat the invoice is still under KIV and the order to China had yet been made! Of cos lots of argument on the phone and end up i have to make a trip to their outlet, Mr Danny Of AMK outlet help mi with the problem and end up i have to make a change of model of the sofa which i had choose earlier. Promises were made tat it will be send on e 07/08/2012. Problem resolved? Sorry you guys are wrong! the day before the delivery i call them again, to make sure they will be sending the sofa on time. But why i need it on this date? Cos its my wife Birthday and she is expecting guests on this day! When i made the call to the outlet, tat no manners saleman whom we bought the sofa from told mi tat they are only hired to do sales, but the logistics dept will call mi before 6pm the day before the delivery.. I end up waiting till 7pm without anyone calling mi from ROZEL. I was like WTF! I called the logistics dept up the very next day.. The lady on the line told mi tat they have arranged the drivers to send the item during 4pm - 6pm. how can they just make the decision themself on the timing? Wat if i am not ard? Nevertheless i still agree on the timing, as they guest will only come after 7pm.. NOW! Its 8pm already! As i am writing this comments the guests are all standing ard WITH NO SOFA TO SIT! If u guys are in my shoes wat will u tink and do? ROZEL FURNITURE why do up so much advertising on radio and television, why waste so much money on those when ur customer services/ after services is that lousy?

I am also facing the same issue here, and I am scratching my head on how to get my money back. I have delayed my move in to the new house for 2 times already. Initial delivery 27 Oct (everything less dining table) and 29 Oct (sofa) and 16 Nov (dining table), but only can call on 26 Oct to say that only the mattress can be delivered, bedframe, sofa, side tables, dining chairs, dining table all delayed. Proposed to loan us one set, we rejected.
Next, tell us 8 Nov for the rest and 16 Nov for the dining table. I want to dispute my orders because I do not receive them. We have chased For the delivery time since 1 Nov, and there is no confirmation, Instead the reply was, call u on Sat. We all know what will happen on Sat, it will delay again. Anyone can advise?
