RL Stevens is no longer in business. They did close their doors on 31 Jan 11. I don't know yet if he filed bankruptcy or just took his ball and went home. I am still in touch with my rep, whom I like as a person, and she is now unemployed. She confirmed the business closure. The bad news, I suspect, is that none of us will ever see a penny from Mr. Stevens. On the other hand, he reaped what he has sown. I'm sure some legal actions against RL Stevens will continue. I too was mislead by R.L. Stevens. I wish it wasn't true because I think of myself as a pretty smart person. I started my job search approximately 2 years ago. I first got to RLS by a Career Builder posting of a position for an SVP of Sales and Marketing. Same exact thing happened to my husband in Massachusetts. Arranged meeting was on the first day of February 2011 and no one was there. This is breach of contract you should sue in Indiana.
