They will allow me to remove my credit card from my account
This company works by subsription and mine has been cancelled. I tried to remove my credit card number and it wont allow me to do it. I contacted them to tell me how and they said it cant be removed and they don't have access to remove it. That is complete nonsense.I have a legal right to remove my financial information at any time and they wont comply

I emailed them twice to cancel my subscription and to delete my crdit card...there is not an option for me to do it. They never replied...I messaged them on the portal and they canceled my subscription but claim they have no access to remove my credit card info. Then why cant I? This is complete nonsense and they have no right to retain credit card information if I request it be deleted. I messaged them again to delete it or supply me with the means to do it and they never replied

Scam Alert!
Stay far away.
The moment you signup, they send meds every month. The only way to stop subscription or cancel membership is to explicitly call in and cancel.
There are no cancellation options online in your account profile by design.
Once product is “accepted” via shipment you can’t return it.
Horrible, horrible, horrible experience!
When I explained that multiple times I denied their orders, a shipment showed up anyways.

STAY AWAY… FIND A BETTER PROVIDER WHO’S POLICIES & USER EXPERIENCE ARE FRIENDLY TO THEIR CUSTOMER BASE.

Desired outcome: They said they would cancel my membership, but I haven’t received confirmation, so unsure if its cancelled or not. I do not want product or affiliation with this company.
Refill on a prescription
This company refilled a prescription without my permission and charged me twice what they charged me the first time. When I called them they said I should have read the agreement that it said that I was getting an introductory price and that I should have cancelled it before it was filled. They even had the old address, not the current address since I moved 4 months ago. This is ridiculous
