I've really had a bad experience with Renault and I regret ever buying a car with you people. You don't have any care when it comes to your customers. I didn't receive the cash back I was promised and I still haven't received my spare key. I will never make the mistake of buying a car here ever again. Can I just receive my spare key so I don't have to deal with the Renault in Bryanston again, that dealership is careless and I'm not sure if it's everyone or just young black women that you don't have care for. Please just give me my spare key and my cash back so I don't have to deal with you people anymore. Also worth mentioning that when I had an accident, Renault assist only assited me the next day, I had to park my car somewhere else. Really disgusting client service
